What is the ‘superlative’? The superlative is used to single out one item from the group and compare it to all the others In English it is often expressed by saying ‘the most’ or ‘the least’
En Français: The superlative is formed in French by using: le plus la+ or+ adjective + de les moins

Ce chemisier est le moins cher de la boutique This blouse is the least expensive in the boutique. Ces chaussures sont les plus jolies de toutes les chaussures. These shoes are the prettiest of all the shoes.
The suprelative of ‘bon’ Just as in English we don’t say ‘the goodest’, in French they DON’T say le/la plus bon(ne)
