plus + bon(ne) = meilleur(e) To say that something is more “good” we need to use the word “better”. Ta radio est bonne, mais mon iPod est meilleur.

Agreement In comparisons, the adjective always agrees with the noun (or pronoun) it describes. La jupe est plus chère que le chemisier. Les vestes sont moins chères que les manteaux.

Comparisons with People Stress pronouns (moi, toi, etc.) are used after que. Paul est plus petit que moi. Je suis plus grand que toi. You can review stress pronouns on p. 221.
