La devise du Rotary : Servir d ’ abord Service au bénéfice de la collectivité, Service à l’international, Pour améliorer les conditions de vie à travers des actions éducatives, humanitaires et professionnelles. Rotary’s motto : Service above self Service for the benefit of the locality, Service at the international level, To improve life conditions through educative, humanitarian and profesionnal actions.

Les cinq domaines d'action : Piliers de la philosophie rotarienne qui structurent l'ensemble des activit é s du club. The five action areas : T he Rotarian philosophy pillars which structure all the activities of the club..

Action intérieure: elle englobe tout ce qu'un(e) Rotarien(ne) doit faire au sein de son club pour contribuer à son bon fonctionnement et à sa convivialité. Action professionnelle : son but est de promouvoir une éthique élevée et d'inciter les Rotariens à mettre leurs compétences professionnelles au service d'autrui. Action d'intérêt public : elle comprend l'ensemble des actions et initiatives du club destinées à améliorer la qualité de vie des membres de sa collectivité. Inner action: it encompasses all that a Rotarian must do in his/her club to contribute to its functioning and harmony. Professional action: its purpose is to promote a high ethic and to encourage Rotarians to put their professional skills at the service of others. Public interest action: it includes all the actions and initiatives of the club to improve the quality of life of the members of his community.

Action internationale : actions humanitaires visant à am é liorer les conditions de vie dans d'autres pays et à faire progresser l'entente et la bonne volont é dans le monde. Action pour les jeunes générations : elle reconnaît les changements positifs apportés par les jeunes au travers d'activités de développement du leadership, de projets de service divers et de programmes d'échanges favorisant la paix et l'entente mondiale. International action: humanitarian actions aimed at improving the living conditions in other countries and to advance understanding and goodwill in the world. Action for younger generations: it recognizes the positive changes made by young people through leadership development activities, various service projects and exchange programs promoting peace and world understanding.

Paix et prévention/résolution des conflits, Prévention et traitement des maladies, Eau et assainissement, Santé de la mère et de l'enfant, Alphabétisation et éducation de base, Développement économique et local. Evaluation de la collectivité pour Identifier ses besoins, Choix de l’action, Élaboration d’un plan d’action, Travaille avec les partenaires (Rotariens et non Rotariens), Financement de l’action : Rôle des Comités Inter-Pays (CIP), Gestion de l’action, Evaluation des résultats, Communication autour de l’action. Le Comit é Inter-Pays (CIP) Le Comité Inter Pays est une association régie par la Loi du 1 er juillet Le premier CIP a été créé en 1931 entre la France et l’Allemagne. Il existe deux CIP dans notre district. The inter-country Committee (ICC) The Inter country Committee is an association governed by the law of 1st July, The first ICC was created in 1931 between France and Germany. There are two ICC in our district.

Objet du CIP: Le développement de l’amitié entre les Rotariens des deux Pays en vue de faire progresser la compréhension mutuelle entre les peuples des deux pays et par-là, contribuer à l’établissement de la Paix dans le monde. Le développement et l’expansion du Rotary International dans les deux pays dans l’esprit des idéaux du Rotary International tel que celui-ci est défini par ses propres statuts et en premier lieu par la mise en place du jumelage entre les clubs concernés des deux pays. Object of the ICC: Development of friendship between Rotarians in both countries to advance mutual understanding between the peoples of the two countries and thus, contributing to the establishment of peace in the world. Development and expansion of Rotary International in the two countries in the spirit of the ideals of Rotary International as it is defined by its own bylaws and by the implementation of the twinning between concerned clubs of the two countries.

La promotion des échanges professionnels, amicaux et culturels, particulièrement en faveur de la jeunesse. La conduite d’actions d’intérêt public mondial (AIPM) et toutes autres actions visant à renforcer les liens d’amitié et de service tels qu’ils résultent des statuts du Rotary International. The promotion of professional, friendly and cultural exchanges particularly in favour of the youth. The conduct of global public interest actions (GPIA) and all other actions to strengthen friendship and service as they result from the bylaws of Rotary International.

Projets en subventions mondiales en vue à travers le CIP : Don de 2000 kits scolaires aux écoliers du D-9102 (500/pays) (Coût : US$) Construction de 20 modules de 4 cabines de latrines dans le D (5/pays) (Coût : US$) Future global grants’ projects through the ICC: Donation of 2,000 school kits to school children in D-9102 (500/country) (cost: $ 53,000US) Construction of 20 modules of 4 cabins of latrines in D-9102 (5/country) (cost: $ US)
