The direct and indirect pronouns replace a direct object noun. They are placed before the conjugated verb. If you have 2 verbs and one of them is an infinitive, the object pronoun is before the infinitive Ex: Je vais le regarder.
Imparfait: Je le regardais. Je lui parlais. Present: Je lui parle. Je le mange. Passé Compose: Je l’ai regarde. Je lui ai envoyé.
