Description Date HV Tests Monday the 25th March 2013 GS/ASE will switch each access point over to “General Access” mode Tuesday the 26th March 2013 General access into the SPS/BA7/TI2/TI8/TT10 allowed Wednesday the 27th March 2013 Technical network disconnection test 27th March 2013 (10:00 to 13:00) Controls maintenance 2nd April to 4th April 2013 (TBC) The SF1 cooling towers will cleaned. This will effect primary water to BA6. 1st May to the 4th May 2013 LIMITED Access into BA80 25th September 2013

8 Controls maintenance Dear colleagues, Please find for information the list of activities that BE-CO and IT-CS will do on April The impact of these activities shall be limited (but better to check inside your facilities). The only perturbation which is foreseen is the perturbation on the video of PS and SPS on April 2nd at 14:00 Moreover, as a reminder during the disconnection test on March 27th, from 10:30 to 13:00, it will be impossible to communicate between IMPACT system and the access system (meaning IMPACT requests modified or approved during this time slot will not be deployed on the access system). 9 Please remember the following!!
All services must remain on until the 27th March 2013!!!!!!! Only works that do not require access and do not affect the operational mode of the SPS will be allowed to be scheduled before the 27th March 2013! If you are not sure then check with myself and Operations first!!!!

10 Consignations Please ensure that The coordination team has a copy of all main consignations of the SPS. It is the responsibility of the Equipment owner to consign any equipment that they will be working on. Do not assume something is consigned. Check first.

Ceci pour ne pas couper l’électricité une seconde fois cette année sur chaque point du SPS. Les coupures dureront donc de 7h00 à 22h00 lors des test AUG et maintenance. Les notes de coupures suivront et seront diffusées.

Below is a table showing the dates that EL will be pulling cables at each point of the SPS. During these periods large sections of the false floor in these surface buildings will be lifted. 20 Have you got your new DMC??
Chers collègues, Vous recevez cet car un (ou plusieurs) dosimètre(s) opérationnel(s) vous est attribué ou parce que vous avez récemment été utilisateur d’un dosimètre opérationnel. Les dosimètres opérationnels (DMC) doivent être calibrés chaque année. Vous ne nous avez pas encore rapporté les DMC sous votre responsabilité, nous vous demandons donc de les rapporter au B.561 ou au B.152 dans l’une des boites aux lettres prévues à cet effet. Ils seront calibrés et vérifiés. N.B. : un nouveau système de dosimétrie opérationnel (bornes de lecture électronique) sera mis en service au cours du mois de mars, si vous ne rapportez pas votre DMC il ne pourra pas fonctionner avec le nouveau système, lors de la calibration nous devons en effet modifier les paramètres pour rendre chaque DMC compatible avec le nouveau système. Dès que vous aurez rendu votre DMC actuel, vous pourrez vous rendre au bâtiment 55 pour en récupérer un autre. L’attribution ne sera permanente que si vous accédez régulièrement en Zone Contrôlée de Séjour Limitée ou de Haute Radiation (> 2 fois/mois), sinon nous vous demandons d’emprunter le DMC pour votre intervention et de le rapporter ensuite au bâtiment 55. Wohlgemuth Constat immédiat : La personne se rend chez un médecin Les faits (sur la base des informations recueillies et/ou constatations visuelles) La victime travaille sur un chantier de démontage de câble. Elle a voulu déplacer un bac à ferraille présent sur les lieux de son activité. En déplaçant le bac, la victime a coincé sa main droite entre le bac à ferraille et le mur. La victime a une plaie au niveau du majeur de la main droite La personne s’est rendue à l’infirmerie.
