Cohorte 136 P thrombose porte Étude rétrospective Analyse multivariée We assessed current outcome and predictors of bleeding and thrombotic events in a cohort of 136 adults with nonmalignant, non cirrhotic portal vein thrombosis, of whom 84 received anticoagulant therapy. The incidence rate of gastrointestinal bleeding was 12.5 (95% conÞdence interval [CI], 10Ð15) per 100 patient-years. Large varices were an independent predictor for bleeding. Anticoagulant therapy did not increase the risk or the severity of bleeding. GASTROENTEROLOGY 2001;120:490–497

Graft survival after liver transplantation. Differences in the outcome of 42 livers transplanted for BCS and 1965 grafts allocated for other underlying diseases are displayed using Kaplan-Meier curves and 95% confidence intervals. There were no significant differences between groups in the log-rank test. Frank Ulrich. LIVER TRANSPLANTATION 14:144–150, 2008
