Les familles des militaires sont résilientes et en santé …. …. elles n’utilisent pas toujours nos services When asked to identify their most significant problem (by general domain area), 6,591 responded: 25% (n=1,650) work/life balance; 24% (n=1,580) none of the 9 domain areas were experienced; 10% (n=660) own well-being; 10% (n=660) financial problems; 8% (n=525) relationship problems; 7% (n=460) spousal well-being; 6% (n=395) child well-being; 6% (n=395) health care system problems; and 4% (n=265) household management or legal problems. Our CAF supports program and service should be designed or enhanced to support the 8 determinants of well-being; as well, community / provincial supports program should be engaged to support the 8 determinants of well-being. Then, theoretically, if these program and services are enhance or engage, it will assist families to better manage the military journey transitions and challenges. If we look at the bottom; Our CAF support programs and services should support the 5 factors for family resilience and the community / provincial supports should be engaged, to also enhance the 5 factors for family resilience. Then, theoretically, if these support program support the 5 factors for family resilience, it will assist families to better manage their family journey transitions and challenges. Our CAF supports should be tailored to the different military journey transition points and to the different family personas. And finally; Some CAF families will require higher support interventions, therefore, specific programs for the higher intervention population (ie. ORIENTER LES SERVICES Harmoniser la gouvernance des CRFM et les capacités : SENSIBILISATION. Les services existants seront davantage utilisés si les familles savent comment y accéder. DÉFENSE DE CAUSES. Les familles sauront comment et quand accéder aux services et aux avantages. DISPONIBILITÉ. Les services et avantages seront disponibles lorsque les familles en auront besoin. HARMONISATION. Les services existants seront rationalisés afin d’être conformes aux besoins fondés sur des preuves des familles des militaires à l’aide de pratiques s’appuyant sur des données probantes qui soutiennent les déterminants du bien-être et les facteurs de la résilience familiale.
