What is a benchmark job? Benchmark jobs are widely used in the field of human resources and its processes. They can be defined as a grouping of individual work situations or individual jobs with the same productive role, i.e., that work towards the same overall goal. Benchmark jobs at CERN will provide a cross-reference tool for all those working in human resources and ultimately an improved HR management across the Organization.
