2 Au début de chaque session SPLUS… Il faut TOUJOURS changer le répertoire de travail pour que toutes les feuilles de données, les objets, et les fichiers de sorties soient sauvegardés dans votre propre dossier. D’abord, ouvrez Object Explorer en cliquant sur le bouton

3 Comment changer le répertoire de travail (1) Cliquez-droite sur SearchPath et choisissez Attach/Create Chapter

4 Comment changer le répertoire de travail (2) Cliquez sur Browse pour choisir votre propre répertoire (H:\…) Changez la Position à 1 pour que toutes les données soient sauvegardées dans votre répertoire

5 Attention! Ne comptez pas sur les feuilles de données qui se trouvent dans le répertoire de travail par défaut de SPLUS (c:\Insightful…) – C’est fort probable que ces fichiers ont été modifiés par quelqu’un d’autre et vous n’avez aucun controle sur ces modifications Si vous en doutez, re-ouvrez le fichier original du dossier G:\ et sauvegardez le dans votre propre dossier (H:\)

6 D’autres points… La CUBE ferme officiellement à 17.00 de l’après midi, alors si vous sortez après cette heure il faut sortir par la porte à l’arrière du labo! 8 At the start of every SPLUS session… You must ALWAYS change the working directory for SPLUS objects (data sheets, graphs, and reports) so that these are saved in your directory and not on the c: drive. First, open Object Explorer by clicking on the button

9 How to change the working directory (1) Right click on SearchPath and select Attach/Create Chapter

10 How to change the working directory (2) Click on Browse to choose your personal directory (H:\…) Change the Position to 1 so that all objects are placed in your proper directory

11 Beware! Don’t trust any data sheets that appear in the default working directory of SPLUS (c:\Insightful\…): it’s highly likely that these have been modified from their original form by another user and you have no control over the modifications that have been made If in doubt, re-open the original data file from G:\ and save it again in your personal directory (H:\)

12 A couple of last points! The CUBE officially closes at 17.00, so if you leave the lab after that time you must leave the lab from the back door!
