Possessive adjectives describe ownership of a noun (person, place, thing) Like other adjectives in French, the gender (masculine or feminine) and number (singular or plural) of the noun affects which form you use Possessive adjectives in English: my cat, your pencil, his friend, our house, etc. About Possessive Adjectives
