2 32 tribunaux, appartenant à 21 États-membres ont répondu au questionnaire; 32 Courts, representing 21 member States, replied to the questionnaire; 47 Member States engaged for Democracy, Human Rights and Rule of Law

3 18 États disposent d'une politique nationale de la qualité; 7 d'entre eux ont également une politique régionale; Dans un État (fédéral), la politique de la qualité est régionale. 18 member States are governed by a national policy of quality ; 7 out of them also have a regional policy; In one (federal State), the quality policy is regional. 47 Member States engaged for Democracy, Human Rights and Rule of Law

4 À noter que dans plusieurs États, l'initiative a été locale (Cour d'appel de Rovaniemi, Finlande; Cour d'appel de Suède occidentale) avant sa généralisation. 6 Indicateurs de qualité : - taux d'annulation/modification des jugements: 19; - formation continue: 22; - questionnaires/entretiens; - statistiques. 7 Conclusion: - Dans tous les États membres ayant répondu, une forme de politique "qualité" - mesure de la qualité : outils "indirects" comme le taux d'annulation ou la formation continue. Conclusion: - In all member States which have replied, there exists a form of « quality » policy - Quality measurement : « indirect » tools such as the rate of cancellation or continuying education. 47 Member States engaged for Democracy, Human Rights and Rule of Law
