NOTA : Les sessions doivent concorder avec votre retour à lUniversité dOttawa Il est de votre responsabilité de vérifier le calendrier universitaire des établissements daccueil qui vous intéressent. These can vary depending on the country. –European universities: the academic year is from October to June. –South-American and Australian Universities: the academic year is from March to December. NOTE: The sessions must concord with your return to the University of Ottawa It is your responsibility to verify the academic calendar of the host institutions that you are interested in

7 RÉSULTATS SCOLAIRES ET CRÉDITS GRADES AND CREDITS La note de passage décernée par létablissement daccueil sera reconnue par lUniversité dOttawa. Les crédits que vous obtenez à létablissement daccueil pour les cours réussis sont transférés à lUniversité dOttawa et sajoutent aux crédits dont vous avez besoin pour lobtention de votre diplôme. Il est très important d'obtenir de bonnes notes lors du séjour à l'établissement d'accueil. The credits you obtain from the host institution for the courses you pass will be transferred to the University of Ottawa and added to the credits you need to graduate. 8 SYSTÈME DE NOTATION GRADING SYSTEM Vous nobtiendrez pas plus de crédits de lUniversité dOttawa que ceux que vous avez réussis à létranger. Votre échange naffectera pas vos moyennes. Les étudiants de lUniversité dOttawa nobtiennent pas un diplôme de létablissement daccueil. Les étudiants de lUniversité dOttawa obtiennent un relevé de notes officiel de létablissement daccueil. Noubliez pas que les systèmes de notation varient considérablement dun pays à lautre. –Par exemple, une note de 14/20 en France est une très bonne note; il est impossible dobtenir une note de 20/20. You will not get more credits at the University of Ottawa than you got abroad. Your exchange will not affect your averages University of Ottawa students do not receive a degree from the host institution. University of Ottawa students receive an official transcript from the host institution Remember that grading systems vary significantly from country to country. –For example, 14/20 in France is a very good grade; it is impossible to get 20/20.

Demande disponible sur InfoWeb Date limite : À déterminer Visitez les missions diplomatiques des pays hôtes à Ottawa dès la session dautomne pour obtenir des renseignements utiles sur plusieurs programmes de bourses. La date de dépôt des demandes de bourses est souvent tôt en janvier ou en février.

14 AUTRES BOURSES La majorité des bourses dadmission renouvelables de lUniversité dOttawa (dimmersion, dadmission, du chancelier, du recteur) sont maintenues pendant toute la durée de léchange. Notez quafin de recevoir ces bourses au retour de votre échange, vous devez réussir tous vos cours à létranger. Vous êtes admissibles à toutes autres bourses pour lesquelles vous feriez normalement demande.

15 OTHER SCHOLARSHIPS Ontario International Education Opportunity Scholarship ($2,500) Open to all Canadian students taking part in an exchange. Application through InfoWeb Deadline: To be determined Stop by the diplomatic missions of the host countries during the fall session for useful information about several scholarship programs. The deadline for scholarship applications is often in early January or February.
