2 Les points principaux à approfondir et clarifier n. 505503-LLP-1-2009-IT-KA3-KA3MP Glossary and common topics/notions We need to clarify and to share some specific broad concepts. We could ask some of us to write some short texts on these concepts: -culture and identity (Claudia); citizenship and territories(( Sylvie and Jean) ;Territory (François); visual representations and empowerment (Andrea) ; Education through and to digital media (CLEMI, Fernando), “image s hybrides” (CLEMI) -It could be the basis of SHARP’’s glossary. -BUT IT’S NECESSARY NOT TO WRITE TEXTS IN A GENERAL DIMENSION, BUT STRICTLY RELATED TO THE SHARP’S TOPICS AND APPROACHES. So allways taking in account that we are working on the audio-vvisual representations of our contexts.

3 ICT in the SHARP project ICT in the SHARP project n. 505503-LLP-1-2009-IT-KA3-KA3MP To pay more attention to the use and the role of ICT in our work. We have to explicitate for each workshop and production which ICT competences are addressed by the process and what digital skills participants are supposed to acquire. We should also imagine for ICT competences some evaluation’s tools for each specific work/course/production.

4 Thematic axes n. 505503-LLP-1-2009-IT-KA3-KA3MP In each production/workshop, we should pay more attention to the thematic axes and to the articulation between three specific dimensions : identities/ territorial cultures (and also professional cultures)/citoyennete/ European dimension. Working on these thematic axes, we ahould allways emphasize the dimension of transformation

5 Final products n. 505503-LLP-1-2009-IT-KA3-KA3MP We should define very clearly our final products. We should define very clearly our final products. We should imagine some video- productions on the specific identified thematics representing some different contexts of three or more partners with an European dimension and arising from specific work (shops) planned and realized “en réseau”. In Pavia we are working in order to build a sort a “archive” to collect in the website. For each production, we should define which is the main objective: Process or product. The evaluation and the use of these productions could be different for the different point of start and expected results.

8 Le kit Le kit n. 505503-LLP-1-2009-IT-KA3-KA3MP We ha ve to finish it. A proposal: -We have now a new summery. We are going to adopt it. -We can first “charger” the persons we named before to write a first draft of the concepts wich will compose our glossary - we can divide the final elaboration of the 6 first chapters - we can adopt (after having red it) the grid of the University of Lisbon to present all the final examples. -- we should organize a small group who will finalize and integrate all the contributions. -So 3 points to discuss now: 1.Who will do each chapter 2. Which axamples we are going to present in the kit 3. who will be the memebers of this group.

9 Le site Le site n. 505503-LLP-1-2009-IT-KA3-KA3MP Plusieurs propositions ont déjà été avancées. Pour ce qui concerne Pavie, nous allons les réaliser. Nous allons demander à une agence professionnelle de nous proposer une série de pages initiales et les spoumettre aux partenaires Reste le problème de son entretien et de le faire vivre réellement. Il faudrait à mon avis que chaque partenaire charge une personne de s’occuper de l’entretien du site, en chargeant tout ce qui est produit, en proposant des forums aux autres partenaires, en soignant l’informtion sur la dissémination du projet et en indiquant d’éventuels grands événements qui pourraient intéresser tous (news). Chaque partenaire chargera une personne spécifique et nous l’indiquera.

10 The title and the platform The title and the platform n. 505503-LLP-1-2009-IT-KA3-KA3MP There is a proposal which ia, on my opinion, very good: The title will be only SHARP (no allusion to the shared video products). I think it’s something not simple to do. What could be interesting is to build different audio video/productions by different partners on the same themes..

11 La formation des partenaires La formation des partenaires n. 505503-LLP-1-2009-IT-KA3-KA3MP On pourrait imaginer à Lisbonne une formation interne. Je trouve que ce serait très intéressant. Je sais que chacun voudrait ouvrir à son public local, mais il est vraiment important qu’on partage nos compétences. A’ discuter

12 The workshops The workshops n. 505503-LLP-1-2009-IT-KA3-KA3MP Tous (ou presque) demandent qu’on organise des workshops en réseau sur les memes thèmes avec une planification préalable commune. Je crois qu’il serait important qu’on charge quelques personnes spécifiques de penser à cela : Almada. Chypre, Pavie, Arras pourraient se charger de ça. Indiquer des personnes précises..

13 Organisation interne Organisation interne n. 505503-LLP-1-2009-IT-KA3-KA3MP - Un stearing group devrait etre créé: composé de 5 personnes maximum. - le groupe rédactionnel du kit - le groupe organisation des worshops en réseau - un groupe disséminatipn (4 personnes dont Zori et Miros) - un groupe site (on l’a déjà vu) - un groupe forum (une sorte de Comité scientifique qui alimente la discussion) - un groupe évaluation ( 4 personnes dont Vaiva, Fernando et Valentina) - un groupe finances

14 Les temps: prochaines échéances Les temps: prochaines échéances n. 505503-LLP-1-2009-IT-KA3-KA3MP Le kit doit etre pret pour Lisbonne…….. Le site doit etre mis au point pour le mois de juin Les comptes-rendus financiers pour la fin de novembre Le groupe dissémination doit proposer quelque chose (par exemple une présentation vidéo de SHARP) pour septembre (car cela nous servira pour présenter SHARP dans les différents contextes où nous allons travailler Le groupe workshops devra d’abord préparer la formation interne pour Lisbonne et en meme temps organiser des workshops à partir d’octobre jusqu’’à mai 2012 - Le stearing group se réunira avant Lisbonne, ainsi que le groupe évaluation interne (c’est le plus urgent)

15 Les réunions? n. 505503-LLP-1-2009-IT-KA3-KA3MP Plus de rencontres: Avant Lisbonne des rencontres par petits groupes Après Lisbonne, une rencontre pour faire le point sur les workshops en février (en Bulgarie?) Puis la Conférence finale à Pavie en octobre (avec en meme temps le festibval) Participation à un festival CLEMI à discuter.
