3 En 2013, ouverture du processus de suivi et implication de la societé civile 2 réunions de suivi organisées entre les points focaux gouvernementaux (Agence Française de Développement, Ministère des Affaires Etrangères (ADF)) et le point focal société civile (Coalition Eau) 1 ère étape : Définition d’un ou deux indicateurs pour mesurer la mise en œuvre de chaque engagement 2 ème étape : Validation collective de l’état de mise en œuvre des engagements
