GDRI: objectives Directors (2010~present) Prof. Eunkyoung KIM Prof. André-Jean ATTIAS A GDRI is a scientific coordination network gathering research teams allowing them to collaborate on a joint scientific project. The partnership is based on a multidisciplinary scientific project devoted to: the synthesis, processing and applications of organic and hybrid materials, - organic and bionic devices, with original optical, electronic, electrochromic, photochromic, and electrochemical properties. Thank you Mister chairman for your introduction. First of all, I would like to thank the organizing committee to give me the opportunity to present my PhD work’s dealing with SIDE CHAIN LIQUID CRYSTAL POLYMER BASED ON Pi-CONJUGATED BACKBONE FOR ORGANIC ELECTRONICS. During this presentation, I will begin by a short introduction on the liquid crystal interest in the organic semi conductor, then I will talk about the design and strategies developed in our group. After that I will describe the synthesis and characterizations ; and finally, I will conclude. 1ères RENCONTRES FRANCO-CORÉENNES DE L’ENSEIGNEMENT SUPÉRIEUR, DE LA RECHERCHE ET DE L’INNOVATION, SÉOUL, 17 OCTOBRE 2016

Proposal for the creation in Seoul of a France-Korea International Joint Unit (UMI) A UMI is a single location joint lab. bringing together researchers, students, postdocs, and support staff from CNRS and the partner institution(s). How long does a UMI last? Four years, possibly renewable twice after evaluation of the UMI activity. How is a UMI funded? Human and material resources are provided to the UMI by CNRS and the partner institution(s), in addition to funding from other sources, such as other research organizations, foundations, and private companies. The salaries of researchers, Ph.D. students, postdocs and support staff are jointly covered by the partners, as are equipment, running costs, research trips, and infrastructure expenses. 1ères RENCONTRES FRANCO-CORÉENNES DE L’ENSEIGNEMENT SUPÉRIEUR, DE LA RECHERCHE ET DE L’INNOVATION, SÉOUL, 17 OCTOBRE 2016

A strategy based on Multilayer Heterostructures building at will multilayer van-der-Waals heterostructures based on 2D materials and organic monolayers obtained by supramolecular self-assembly at surfaces, the use of these alternations for the realization of one original hybrid electronic device.

A strategy based on Multilayer Heterostructures A host nanoporous honeycomb network is formed on a graphene (h-BN) sheet and filled with D or A guest molecules. Stacking of the individual hybrid sheets functionalized on both sides with either D (red) or A (blue) alternatively trapped in honeycomb network.
