Soyez avisés que le Conseil municipal de la Cité de Clarence-Rockland a lintention dadopter un règlement établissant les taux des laissez-passer mensuels pour lannée 2010 pour le service de transport en commun CRTranspo. La réunion publique aura lieu à la Salle du conseil située au 1560 Laurier à Rockland, Ontario, le mercredi, 3 mars 2010 à 19 h 15. Le conseil municipal recevra les commentaires verbaux et/ou écrits du public à cette rencontre. Le rapport est prêt depuis le vendredi 26 février 2010 NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE RATES OF MONTHLY AND DAILY PASSES. Please note that the Municipal Council of the City of Clarence-Rockland intends to adopt a By-law regulating the rates for monthly passes for the year 2010 for the CRTranspo public transit services. The public meeting will be held in the Council Chambers located at 1560 Laurier in Rockland, Ontario on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 7:15 p.m. at which time Municipal Council will receive written and/or verbal comments from the public. INTRODUCTION Lors de la présentation du Budget 2010, les services physiques on proposé laugmentation des tarifs des laissez- passer mensuels pour le transport en commun. Le but de cette proposition est dessayer déquilibrer le coût de la passe aux utilisateurs versus la contribution de la part du font général de la municipalité. During the presentation of the 2010 Budget, the Physical Services Department has proposed a rate increase for the monthly passes. The reason for this proposition is to relieve the contributions from the general fund.

HISTORIQUE / HISTORIC En 2003, la Cité de Clarence-Rockland établit le transport en commun CR Transpo (circuit #530) avec trois trajets. En 2004, le trajet CR Transpo (circuit #535) de Bourget est mis en service avec un trajet. In 2003, the City of Clarence-Rockland established the public transit CR Transpo (circuit #530) with three trips. In 2004, the CR Transpo (circuit #535) from Bourget starts with one trip.

AUJOURDHUI / TODAY TRAJET 530 (Clarence-Rockland) Au début du service du transport en commun de CR Transpo, nous avions trois trajets, nous fournissons maintenant 13 départs de Clarence-Rockland vers Ottawa/Gatineau dont 6 de ces départs sont des autobus adaptés et nous avons 12 trajets de retour dont 5 sont avec des autobus adaptés. TRAJET 535 (Bourget) Au début du service de transport en commun de Bourget vers Ottawa/Gatineau nous avions 1 trajet, nous sommes maintenant rendu avec 3 départs et 3 retours dont 1 avec autobus adapté. TRIP 530 (Clarence-Rockland) At the beginning of the CR Transpo public transit service we started with 3 departure, we now offer 13 departures from Clarence-Rockland to Ottawa/Gatineau and 6 of these departures are with an accessible bus. We also have 12 arrival trips which 5 are serviced by an accessible bus. TRIP 535 (Bourget) At the beginning of the public transit service in Bourget to Ottawa/Gatineau we had 1 departure and we have now 3 departures and 3 arrivals which 1 trip is with an accessible bus.

CONSIDÉRATIONS FINANCIÈRES / FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS En 2010, nous prévoyons des coûts dopérations de 2,206,955.00$. Les revenus anticipés selon les tarifs proposés incluant les revenues de publicités et les subventions seront de1,714,732.00$. Le cout réel dun laissez-passer mensuel est de 275$ dont 22%(61.53$) est déboursé par le compte général de la municipalité, 12% (34.36$) provient de la taxe provincial sur lessence et 65% (180$) est déboursé par lutilisateur du service.
