CONCLUSION Ce que l’on sait Fibrome et infertilité pas d’impact des fibromes SS sur la fertilité diminution de la fertilité due aux fibromes SM et IM Myomectomie Fertilité restaurée par la résection des fibromes SM Ce qu’il reste à prouver à propos des fibromes IM Caractéristiques influant sur la fertilité : taille, nombre, distance endomètre Intérêt de la myomectomie : licite dans un contexte d’AMP NP2-3 

CONCLUSION Bilan topographique rigoureux (echo, hysterosono, IRM, hystero) Balance bénéfice attendu / risques d’une myomectomie  Etude randomisée prospective grand effectif prenant en compte caractéristiques des fibromes (taille nb localisation) autres causes d’infertilité
