Fondateur et Président d’EDHEC Business Angels Sébastien APPLEBY Photo/picture Exemple EDHEC Grande Ecole1994   Motivations   Les trois années passées au sein du conseil d’administration m’ont permis d’apprendre énormément et, je l’espère, d’apporter également à l’Association et à la communauté des EDHEC. Avec la prise de conscience grandissante de l’importance de l’entreprenariat, notre école est devenue, plus que jamais, le symbole de cette dynamique. En créant EDHEC Business Angels, nous avons également voulu montrer que les diplômés étaient prêts à soutenir les jeunes talents et leurs initiatives audacieuses. C’est pour prolonger cette action et lui donner plus d’ampleur que je postule à nouveau au poste d’administrateur. Nos adhérents doivent investir davantage, doivent avoir une meilleure connaissance des dossiers présents et jouer complètement leur rôle de Business Angels en faisant jouer leurs réseaux pour le bénéfice des sociétés financées. C’est aussi une manière de renforcer les liens entre les générations d’EDHEC et promouvoir la solidarité entre les diplômés. www.edhecalumni.com Assemblée Générale 14 janvier 2014

Over those three years, entrepreneurship has become huge and is now considered as a priority for our school and as a symbol of its strength. By starting EDHEC Business Angels, we also wanted to show that the Alumni were ready to foster young talents and their innovating initiatives. I apply for a new Board Member term to try to increasing this action and to bring it to a new dimension. Our Business Angels members need to invest more money and time and be more committed in helping the young entrepreneurs out with their advices or their professional network. The idea is to help them in developing efficiently their business.
