Dictée un nuage- a cloud blesse - hurts At the end, I printed out copies of the entire dictée story for each student. I checked for comprehension by doing a choral reading. I showed the students the scrambled pictures that I drew on Paint and had them find the sentence in the story as a final activity.

Movie Talk is jealous is dangerous I used the Movie Talk to summarize the entire unit. I paused and asked questions and I also circled the new structures on the left.

Movie Follow Up I typed up sentences to describe each picture. The sentences were out of order and the students had to put them in sequential order. Then, the students matched the sentences with the pictures from the movie. I did this as a “Cut and Paste” activity.

Le bébé devient content parce qu’il a un ballon. Un oiseau regarde un bébé qui pleure et un nuage donne un ballon au bébé. L’oiseau vole vers la maison et il donne un bébé à une maman. Les oiseaux volent vers les nuages. L’oiseau sait la solution du problème. Le nuage devient triste et il pleure. Le nuage devient fâché et il y a des éclairs. L’oiseau regarde un autre nuage parce qu’il est jaloux. Il y a beaucoup d’oiseaux qui volent dans le ciel avec des bébés. Le nuage aime beaucoup l’oiseau et l’oiseau aime le nuage. Le nuage donne un animal dangereux à l’oiseau. Le nuage devient content parce que l’oiseau a une solution du problème. Un animal dangereux blesse la tête de l’oiseau. Le nuage regarde l’autre nuage et l’oiseau avec il devient jaloux.
