5 There is a petite maison in the forêt. Trois ours live in the house.

6 There is a papa ours, maman ourse, and bébé ours.

7 One day maman ourse makes soupe.

8 The trois ours marchent through the forêt.

9 One day Boucle d’Or va to the petite maison of the trois ours.

10 Boucle d’Or voit trois bowls of soupe
Boucle d’Or voit trois bowls of soupe. Boucle d’Or mange la soupe of the papa ours but it is too chaude. Elle mange la soupe of la Maman ourse but it is too froide. Elle mange la soupe of the bébé ours and it is parfaite. Elle mange all of the soupe of the bébé ours.

11 Boucle d’Or voit trois chaises
Boucle d’Or voit trois chaises. Elle s’assied in the chaise of the papa ours but it is too dure. Elle s’assied in the chaise of the maman ourse but it is too molle. Elle s’assied in the chaise of the bébé ours and it is parfaite. However, the chaise breaks.

12 Boucle d’Or monte the stairs and voit trois lits
Boucle d’Or monte the stairs and voit trois lits. Elle monte in the lit of the papa ours, but it is too dur. Elle monte in the lit of the maman ourse, but it is too mou. Elle monte in the lit of the bébé ours, and it is parfait. Elle s’endort.

13 Les Trois Ours rentrent to their maison.

14 Papa ours dit, “Someone’s been eating ma soupe
Papa ours dit, “Someone’s been eating ma soupe.” Maman ourse dit, “Someone’s been eating ma soupe.” Bébé ours dit, “Someone’s been eating ma soupe, and it is all gone.” Le bébé ours pleure et pleure.

15 The papa ours dit, “Someone’s been sitting in ma chaise
The papa ours dit, “Someone’s been sitting in ma chaise.” The maman ourse dit, “Someone’s been sitting in ma chaise.” The bébé ours dit, “Someone’s been sitting in ma chaise, and ma chaise is cassée.”

Boucle d’Or ouvre her yeux. She is afraid and court from the maison never to return.

18 L’Ours du Sac Collez une partie de la bouche sous le fond du sac.

Collez les joues et les sourcils sur la tête. Glue the cheeks and eyebrows on the head. Collez la poitrine sur le corps en bas du sac. Glue the chest on the body at the bottom of the bag. Collez le nœud papillon sous la bouche pour l’ours (m) et sur la tête pour l’ourse (f). Glue the bow under the mouth for a boy bear and on the head for a girl bear. Collez les bras sur les côtés du sac. Glue the arms into the sides of the bag.
