2 Matériel et méthodes 108 patients ASA I à III Chirurgie programmée Ambulatoire ou hospitalisation < 24 heures Randomisation 4 groupes: 1) Groupe contrôle : placebo 2) Prégabaline 75 mg po 3) Prégabaline 150 mg po 4) Prégabaline 300 mg po.

3 Matériel et méthodes Paramètres EVS de 0 à 10 : –Degré d’anxiété –Degré de sédation –Douleur Immédiatement avant la prémédication 30 et 60 min après Juste avant l’induction Toutes les 30 min en SSPI La consommation de morphiniques L’incidence des NVPO et le recours aux antiémétiques Délai de sortie de SSPI et de l’hôpital Satisfaction des patients Score de réhabilitation à la sortie, à J1 et à J7
