Temperature given of The LED lights only give 32.6°F, so its the most comfortable. 4. Electric consumption The LED Lights wins once again, because of their low cost consumption (only 4 watts). 2. Average Brightness With 2700 Lumens, its the halogen tube that lights the most. 5. Bulbs cost The cheapest bulb is the classical incandescence light (only 1.51$ or 0.76£).
