French business  Make sure you use surnames when meeting new people.  Assurez-vous que vous utilisez des noms de famille en rencontrant de nouvelles personnes.  “Madame” is to women as “ Monsieur” is to men.  «Madame» est à la femme en tant que «Monsieur» est aux hommes.  The basic courtesy to be followed when addressing individual.  La courtoisie de base à suivre quand adressage individuel.  Use “Vous” instead of “Tu” until you are asked to familiar form.  Utilisez "Vous" au lieu de "Tu" jusqu'à ce que vous êtes invité à forme familière.

Établir un contact visuel direct, mais modéré avec vos collègues de travail français. Make direct but moderate eye contact with your French business colleagues.
