*Reading skills: Je ne me nourris pas toujours très bien. Je n’aime pas la viande, donc, je ne mange pas trop souvent de biftek; je préfère les pâtes: les spaghettis, par exemple. Je mange rarement des fruits et des légumes; je préfère les chips. Je suis souvent pressée, donc, je saute parfois le petit déjeuner ou le diner. Mais au déjeuner,je prends toujours du poulet ou du poisson et je ne rajoute jamais de sel aux plats. Je n’aime pas trop les produits riches en sucre: les confiseries, les gâteaux. Mon faible, c’est les chips et les frites. Je suis assez sportive. Je fais de la natation deux fois par semaine et je joue quelquefois au foot avec les copains.Je n’ai jamais fait de danse, mais j’ai très envie de commencer un nouveau programme sportif.
