Fédérer les acteurs et répondre aux enjeux: – Une plateforme de partage d’information, recensement des initiatives, capitalisation – Proposition d’un groupe de travail (CCFLA) sur la mise en place éventuelle d’une facilité pour mieux canaliser les flux financiers vers les gouvernements locaux – Aboutir avant un an à la mise en place d’actions intégrées dans le LPAA Faire de la finance climat un levier pour mobiliser les ressources nécessaires
