With instant turnaround, you keep your project progressing without any delays. This ensures that design changes can be quickly tested and verified with the new prototype PCB. Independence from third-party suppliers. This is related to the instant turnaround issue because production schedules of outside suppliers may not meet your requirements for speedy turnaround. There are no limitations for design capabilities. If you can imagine it, you can design it and prototype it in-house and not be concerned about design limitations that could be imposed by outside suppliers. When you do the whole job from design to assembly, you ensure that your design maintains its original intent as it progresses because you’re the designer and you made the changes. Eliminating design flaws in the early stages can result in shortened project completion times and reduced costs. When your boards are produced in-house, you can quickly test the design with a prototype board and then fix the flaws and promptly produce a new board to test.
