Ce médicament sera commercialisé par Chiesi fin 2014 en Europe et Turquie Asthme BPCO Mucoviscidose Néonatalogie Bronchiolites Sarcoidoses Fibrose Pulmonaire Idiopathique Bronchiolite oblitérante Pneumopathie d'hypersensibilité Hypertension artérielle Pulmonaire Etc Maladies Rares et Orphelines Exemple: Un partenariat d’in-licensing a été signé en 2012 avec Kamada, une Biotech Israélienne, pour un traitement par nébulisation à base d’alpha-1 antitrypsin (AAT), qui a obtenu le statut de médicament orphelin auprès de l’EMA pour les patients présentant un emphysème pulmonaire dus à une déficience en AAT. Ce médicament doit être commercialisé en 2015 par Chiesi en Europe et Turquie. Maladies orphelines Thérapie Génique : Maladies Rares Thérapie génique Exemple : Chiesi a fait l’acquisition des droits exclusifs auprès d’UniQure en Europe, Brésil, Mexique, Pakistan, Turquie et Chine de commercialisation de Glybera, la première Thérapie génique approuvée en Europe, qui destinée à traiter la déficience en Lipoproteine lipase. Chiesi a également obtenu les droits exclusifs pour co-developper et commercialiser l’AMT-60 pour traiter l’Hemophilie B dans les mêmes pays. 6
