Conclusion Le pré-traitement par prasugrel des SCA ST - traités dans les 48 heures par ATL est inutile et s’accompagne d’un surcroît d’accidents hémorragiques au terme d’un suivi de 30 jours Ce résultat oblige à revoir les pratiques de pré- traitement AAP d’un SCA ST - ACCOAST ESC 2013 Montalescot G, et al. N Engl J Med 2013
