Gilles Dussault Politiques et gestion des ressources humaines en santé Gilles Dussault Note: I am attaching slides on the conceptual framework for the analysis of workforce performance. These are in French and Pam will be able to read them. If you wish, I will translate them in the coming days. The logic of the framework is that the performance of the workforce is a critical determinant of the performance of delivery systems. Everyone agrees with that, but what is meant by "performance" is not always clear. By defining better the dimensions of performance and the factors which influence them, it gives planners clearer directions as to what information they should collect and how they should use it. If this is an avenue deemed interesting, I will be happy to develop these ideas.
