TRAINING EMPLOYMENT EDUCATION Les communautés de la table de la CDRHPNQ ont constaté que les gens qui souhaitait entrer en formation manquait souvent les prérequis nécessaires. Après plusieurs années d’échanges et de partages entre les 29 communautés regroupées autour de la Table régionale de la Commission de développement des ressources humaines des Premières Nations du Québec, le Conseil scolaire c’est développé. Le besoin criant et unanimement exprimé par les communautés consistait à élargir l’offre culturellement adapté, à rapprocher et accroître l’accessibilité et conséquemment à miser que c’est ainsi nous pourrons augmenter les taux de réussites des apprenants adultes. Reconnaissant que le manque de pré requis nécessaires à l’intégration et au maintien en emploi était très et trop souvent un obstacle, que les mesures d’emplois et de formations étaient très largement orientés vers le soutien aux apprenants adultes, les communautés membres de la Commission ont décidé qu’il était temps de prendre en main l’éducation des adultes. Il était temps de créer des Centres pour les Premières Nations, par les Premières Nations et dans les communautés de Premières Nations. EMPLOYMENT EDUCATION
