1. Quel élément essentiel de lapproche syndicale voulez-vous apprendre à vos participants (syndicalistes) dans vos formations syndicales ? Which essential element of the union- approach do you want to teach union- activists in your union trainings?

2. Voyez-vous parfois des pratiques chez certains dirigeants syndicaux qui sont contradictoires avec ce que vous voulez apprendre à vos participants syndicalistes? Expliquez. Do you - sometimes - see a gap between what you want to teach your participants and the behaviour of some union-leaders in your union? Explain.

3. Donnez un exemple dune intervention dun participant qui vous confronte avec cette différence entre ce que vous voulez leur apprendre et la réalité (dirigeants syndicaux avec une autre attitude). Give an example of a statement given by a participant (union-activist) in training confronting you with that gap between your teaching and the reality (union-leaders with other attitudes)

4. Comment avez-vous réagi dans cette situation concrète? Quavez-vous dit ou fait ? How did you react in that concrete situation? What did you say or do?

5. Dans quelle mesure votre réaction a-t-elle aidé à développer chez ce participant (syndicaliste) lapproche syndicale qui vous est chère ? To what extent did your reaction help the participant (union-activist) in developing the union-approach which is important for you?
