Objectif : combiner les ventes pour augmenter panier moyen et marge Unpack IP Office and IP phones Connect to ERS Stackable Type “run ipoffice” and ERS Stackable is set up in under a minute But before I talk about the R5.1 stacking support, I wanted to briefly highlight the Quick Start (or Auto-Start) script for IP office…in case you weren’t already familiar with it. This capability first introduced with the ERS 3500 R5.01 feature pack automates the set-up of IP Office phones and systems on the ERS Now available as part of the standard 5.1 release, this feature can reduce a configuration task requiring hours – especially for someone not familiar with switch set-up – and turn it into a process of a minute or less. This feature is supported on our ERS 3500 PoE+ models (including ERS3526T-PWR+, ERS3526GT-PWR+ and ERS 3510GT-PWR+). And it’s run as a single CLI command. It then configures the ERS 3500 for IP Office in accordance with Avaya best practices for reliable voice and data operations. Two types of scripts for setting up the ERS 3500 with IP Office. The first is a fully automated script – where you can choose to accept all the default ERS settings for the IP Office set up. If you do this, the process is literally as easy as the chart here. You unpack your IP Office system and phones, connect them to the ERS 3500 after a quick start of the ERS Power everything and type in a single “run IP Office” command in the ERS 3500 Command Line Interface. Alternatively, if you need to customize your IP Office settings.. Which we do hear are majority of IP Office deployments --- the ERS 3500 also offers a version of the Run IP Office command, which prompts for key settings, such as IP addresses and default routes. This custom set-ups only requires an additional 30 seconds or so to run – and gives you the flexibility required for specific IP Office settings and enviornments. So, this is really a powerful feature that none of the competitive switches offer. And it really takes a huge amount of the complexity out of setting up the switch for an IP Office system and phones. It will now become a standard feature in the R5.1 release…that will ship with each ERS 3500 unit. Error free deployments - in minutes rather than hours - without specialized data expertise

Sochi is the first fabric-enabled Games that we deliver on our Shortest Path Bridging with Mac in Mac encapsulation (SPBm) backbone using a VSP9K Core with ERS8800s at the venues. Where that simplicity shines is our ability to apply new services across the VENA fabric such as Virtual networks for Press and Broadcasters Internet, additional channels for IPTV over SPBm multicast, private VLAN service. Extending from the fabric core to user access via ERS 4500 and 5500 Access switches under control of ID Engines for secure network admission to the right service. Wireless LAN usage will reach an inflection point at Sochi It is being delivered by Avaya’s WLAN 8100 product line. All of this is managed by Avaya Unified Communications Management using VPFM and COM for fault management and monitoring, and for Configuration and Orchestration. Networking Services Avaya Aura® Communications Manager Avaya Aura® Session Manager Avaya Aura® System Manager G450 Gateways 9608 IP Sets Flare Experience clients Contact Center Elite The Avaya Aura systems utilized by the SOCHI 2014 Organizing committee must be powerful enough to deliver Unified Communications services to a demanding user base that grows from zero to 30K in a matter of days. It also must allow for fast, simple integration of a number of systems that go from individual arena locations to become part of the greater Olympic service, and then back again. This ability to offer pure overlay services with no existing infrastructure to venues by tightly coupling into existing systems with local survivability is supported via Avaya’s System Manager using Communications Manager and Session Manager. SOCHI 2014 requires large numbers of economical, easy-to-use IP handsets. The committee has chosen the 9608 model for this, with Flare Experience clients supported, if required. The Aura system also supports legacy services through SIP-powered analog gateways and PRI trunks for ISDN services for broadcasters. Avaya Aura ® Core Unified Communications 54
